Construction Careers at Skylight
Join a fast growing company changing the landscape of home renovations.
Why work with us?
We are a fast growing, venture-backed startup modernizing the home renovation process from design through construction. We are looking for intelligent and driven people who have a passion for participation and execution in an entrepreneurial environment.
We move fast, accomplish a lot and every employee has the opportunity to make an impact and help shape the future of an ambitious company!
We offer a competitive base salary, health insurance and on top of it, a bonus system to our top performing employees.
The bonus system is aligned to the four key areas of crew performance: reporting, communication, productivity and conduct. Crew members who meet the standard across all four of these in a given week will be awarded a bonus at the end of that week.
We are a growing company, and have a healthy pipeline of home remodeling projects. For those who can meet our performance standards, we can offer a steady stream of engaging work.
Our system works at its best when we have crew members who are willing to learn new skills and capabilities that can be deployed on our projects.
We have a formal training program for our crews to learn (and to teach) these skills, setting them up for future success in their construction careers, and also paving the way for higher rates and project responsibilities here at Skylight.
Our Core Values
Productivity: Getting activities done efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety
