Founded in April 1999, Skylight Healthcare Systems developed its applications and technology utilizing a dedicated, high-speed digital network, interactive set-top boxes, a proprietary user interface, and existing televisions or flat-panel displays in hospital rooms.  Today, the Skylight ACCESS Interactive Patient System has proven to significantly enhance patient experience, impact staff satisfaction, facilitate regulatory compliance, and enhance administrative efficiencies for the hospital.

Nearing 15,000 installed locations under contract, including member hospitals of major networks such as Ascension Health, Advocate, Aurora, Banner Health, Sutter and Sharp Healthcare; along with premiere independents and an active sales pipeline, Skylight Healthcare Systems is the largest provider of interactive patient systems in the industry.  With the ACCESS Interactive Patient Systems currently under contract, Skylight Healthcare Systems impacts an estimated 4.4 million patient days annually.
