David Schofield joined Skylight Systems in April 2001
bringing diversified Senior Executive experience in strategic and operational
management. He has extensive experience in expanding and supporting multi-unit
organizations both domestically and internationally. In his role as President
and CEO of eDiets.com, David produced profitability and a positive cash
flow for the first time in the company’s history. Prior to eDiets.com, he served
as President and CEO of Rexall Showcase International where he developed the
strategic business plan to increase global revenues from $70 million to $173
million within three years. During his tenure, he developed and launched new
product lines, expanded into new global markets, created Rexall’s Internet
business model, Rexall.com, and developed a world-class management team.
Prior to Rexall, David was the Vice President and General Manager of Office
Depot, a $10 billion retailer, where he realized a dramatic improvement in
profitability and developed a new state-of-the-art retail concept called
“Images” - quickly labeled as the market leader. Before Office Depot, he worked
with PIP Printing, Inc., which had 1,200 franchise retail locations that
generated close to $300 million in sales, holding the title of Senior Vice
President of Domestic and International Operations. David received his MBA from
Pepperdine University and his Bachelor of Science from San Diego State
University.

Jack Fitzpatrick is a senior financial executive with 20 years of experience
in a broad range of finance, accounting, strategic planning, human resources,
information systems, and other administrative areas. With 15 years of experience
with emerging growth companies in a variety of industries, he successfully
addressed the management challenges of rapid growth. Jack has a proven track
record in the financing activities of startup and rapid-growth companies
including IPO’s, venture capital financing, licensing agreements, and mergers
and acquisitions. Most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of
Finance and Administration with Discovery Partners (Nasdaq: DPII), he raised $29
million in private equity funding, completed five acquisitions valued at $60
million, and completed a $103 million IPO. Prior to Discovery Partners, Jack
worked with companies such as Broadband Innovations, Inc., Diatok, LP, and
Pacific Data Products where he was responsible for developing the financial
infrastructure and fund raising. Jack earned a B.A. of Applied Mathematics and a
MS in Computer Science at Harvard University where he also received his MBA in
Finance.
| Rick G. Holbrook - Chief Technology

Rick Holbrook is a senior healthcare executive with over 20 years
of experience in R & D, Engineering, System Integration,
Implementations and Quality Assurance. Before joining Skylight, Rick
worked as an independent healthcare consultant with various HCIT suppliers,
major healthcare organizations and information technology groups. Prior to
this, Rick worked nearly 20 years as a Vice President/Managing Director at
Cerner Corporation with responsibility for various organizations including
Application Architecture, Product Management, Usability, Release Management,
Foreign System and Medical Device Integration and Offshore Development.
Rick was responsible for developing the first bi-directional medical device
interface, launching Cerner’s first non-clinical Access Management enterprise,
creating an open access object layer for 3rd parties to develop interactive
solutions on the Cerner platform. During his tenure, he was also
responsible for several security, patient privacy and bedside patient safety
patents. Rick holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Computer Sciences
and Psychological Profiling and also a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business
Management from the University of Arkansas.
